These Terms of Use apply to every person who has a jidAI account. The contract for the service itself is concluded between Silvertip IT-Solutions GmbH and your organization (Terms of Service).
1. Your account
Keep your login details confidential and don't share your account. Tell your organization's administrator or us immediately if you suspect misuse.
2. Acceptable use
- Record your own working time truthfully and only act on other people's bookings if your role allows it.
- Don't enter health data, other special categories of personal data or confidential third-party information in notes or AI prompts.
- Don't try to access data of other organizations or users, circumvent security measures or overload the service.
- Don't use AI features to create unlawful content.
3. AI features
If your organization has enabled AI features, AI suggestions are drafts. Check them before you save. AI features only run when you use them yourself; details are in the AI transparency information.
4. Your data
Your organization decides how working-time data is processed; Silvertip processes it on the organization's behalf. How we process your account data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and termination
If we change these Terms of Use materially, we ask you to accept the new version at your next login. Your account ends when your organization removes you or when you delete it, subject to statutory retention obligations.
